The challenge was to create a platform to facilitate access to healthcare appointments and procedures for patients and promote access for those with limited financial resources. Based on market research and interviews with healthcare professionals and patients, we created the startup Saúde Clube, including its name, identity, positioning and market differentiation, marketing and sales strategies, including launch and expansion, general communication materials, offline and online media plan, paid and organic traffic, system design and development, and monetization formats. The SaúdeClube platform integrates healthcare professionals to serve patients in person or online, allowing everyone to schedule appointments and procedures quickly and easily, securely. For professionals, it is an indispensable resource for organizing their schedules, patient care, and their financial flow.
